Methodology

Every price comes from the vendor's own pricing page, fetched and archived with the exact sentence it was read from. Third-party articles were used only to find tools. Full log: methodology.

For each tool the cost engine picks the cheapest published plan whose limits cover the scenario, then adds mailboxes (Google Workspace Business Starter, month-to-month), domains (cheapest .com renewal ÷ 12), and warmup, verification and CRM when the plan does not include them. Verification assumes the full list is checked once per quarter.

A tool is not ranked when no published plan covers the scenario, when it does not publish a mailbox limit, or when it prices in another currency. We list it with the reason instead of estimating.
