Research notes on Apollo.io's pricing page

Apollo prices per user. The live pricing page is a client-side plan configurator (seat and credit selectors); its extracted text contains the FAQ, the G2 banner and template strings such as '{price}/month per seat' and 'Needs {seats}+ seats' but no numeric plan prices. Two vendor sources were used instead: (1) the JSON-LD OfferCatalog embedded in the pricing page HTML, which lists Free Plan price 0, Basic Plan price 49, Professional Plan price 99 (both marked billingIncrement Monthly) and Enterprise Plan 'Contact for pricing'; (2) Apollo's own comparison article apollo.io/insights/apollo-vs-instantly (dated July 13, 2026), which prints the full annual-billing price list: Free $0 (900 credits/year), Basic $49/user/month (30,000 credits/year), Professional $79/user/month (48,000 credits/year, 5 mailboxes), Organization $119/user/month, min. 3 users (72,000 credits/year, 15 mailboxes). The JSON-LD 'Basic 49' matches the annual figure although it is labelled monthly, so the JSON-LD billing labels are treated as unreliable and price_monthly is left null for all paid plans; the JSON-LD figure of 99 for Professional is noted but not stored as a monthly price. Organization does not appear in the JSON-LD. Credits are quoted per year, so credits_per_month is null and the yearly figure is kept in limits_quote. Pricing-page FAQ statements used for features: 'Email campaigns are included on every account; however, you can only connect Gmail email accounts on non-paying plans', 'you can use our Opportunities feature to actually manage your sales pipeline' (built_in_crm), 'We also offer API Access on our Custom plans', 'GDPR Compliant', and 'downgrade to our Starter plan which is free forever' (free_plan). Trial length is a template string ('Start {days} day free trial') so free_trial_days is null; the FAQ says trial plans include 50 credits and 5 mobile credits. Unlimited plans mentioned in the FAQ are governed by a fair-use credit cap ('the lesser of $ Paid / $0.025 or 1 Million credits per account per year').
