How we research cold email pricing

Every price, limit and rating on coldemail.email is quoted verbatim from a page we fetched and archived, most recently on September 27, 2026. We track 40 tools; 25 are fully verified from live vendor pages and 15 are partly verified, with every gap marked "Not published" rather than estimated.

Data verified

Last compiled: 2026-09-27. Every number on this site comes from a page fetched on the date shown, archived locally, and quoted verbatim in the data files. Nothing is estimated or taken from memory.

How we verify

  1. Only vendor pages count for pricing. Each plan price links to the vendor's own pricing page and stores the exact sentence it was read from. Third-party roundups were used only to discover tools, never as a source of numbers.
  2. Every fetch is archived. The raw HTML and a text extraction of every source page are stored with the fetch timestamp. An automated check confirms each quoted price still appears in the archived text.
  3. Unknown means unknown. If a limit or price is not printed on a page we fetched, it is stored as null and rendered as "Not published". We do not interpolate.
  4. Monthly and annual billing are stored separately and never mixed in one comparison.
  5. Ratings come from G2 and Capterra pages. Both sites block automated fetches (HTTP 403), so ratings are read from the most recent Wayback Machine snapshot of the G2/Capterra page, and the snapshot date is shown next to every rating.
  6. Freshness. Pricing data older than 30 days fails our build. Current data was verified on the dates in the table below.

Per-tool logs

Amplemarket — research log (2026-09-25)

URLs fetched

Verified

  • plans: Startup "$600/mo, annual term, 2 users included" (stored as price_annual_per_month; no monthly-billed price shown); Growth "Custom, 4 users included"; Elite "Custom, 10 users included" — all from the live pricing page.
  • limits: users per plan (2 / 4 / 10); per-user email-address credits per year (13,500 / 35,000 / 40,000); phone credits per year (600 / 5,000 / 9,600); mailboxes per user "starting from" 2 / 4 / 8; job-change alerts 500 / 1,000 / 2,000 contacts.
  • includes: lead_database true on all plans (Contact & Company Search, "27,000 / 140,000 / 400,000 contacts" under Data & Lead Generation).
  • ratings: G2 4.6 out of 5 stars, "See all 665 Amplemarket reviews" (Wayback 2026-09-03); Capterra "Overall rating / Based on 7 user reviews / 4.6" (Wayback 2026-04-01).

Could not verify

  • Startup price_monthly: only "annual term" pricing is published.
  • Growth / Elite prices: contact sales.
  • free_trial_days: "All plans include a free trial" but no length printed.
  • mailboxes / emails_per_month / active_leads per plan: mailboxes are stated per user ("starting from"), no sending-volume or uploaded-contact caps are printed; the "contacts" figures are yearly database credits (13,500 × 2 users = 27,000), not active leads.
  • per-plan includes for warmup, verification, unibox, LinkedIn, dialer: the comparison table lists these rows but the text extraction shows no per-plan tick marks.
  • addons: "Additional users available to purchase" and "Duo Inbox Add-On" have no price on the page.
  • founded / hq_country: not on fetched pages.

Notes

  • Positioning quote is the homepage hero sub-line "Empower reps, uncover opportunities, and grow revenue with an all-in-one AI platform."
  • Amplemarket is positioned as a sales-engagement + data platform (per-user seats, contact database, dialer, sequences) rather than a per-mailbox cold-email sequencer; billing_unit is stored as workspace because the $600 covers the 2 included seats and the extra-seat price is not published.
  • best_for taken from plan descriptions: "startups, & founder-led sales teams" (Startup), "mid-size teams" (Growth), "larger enterprise teams" (Elite).

Apollo.io — research log (2026-09-25)

URLs fetched

Verified

  • Plans (annual billing, per user): Free $0 (900 credits/year, 2 sequences); Basic $49/user/month (30,000 credits/year); Professional $79/user/month (48,000 credits/year, 5 mailboxes, US dialer); Organization $119/user/month, minimum 3 users (72,000 credits/year, 15 mailboxes, international dialer, SSO); Custom/Enterprise contact sales. Source: apollo.io/insights/apollo-vs-instantly (live), cross-checked with the pricing page JSON-LD for Free / Basic / Enterprise.
  • Free plan: pricing FAQ "downgrade to our Starter plan which is free forever".
  • Features from the pricing FAQ: email campaigns included on every account (only Gmail on non-paying plans); Opportunities pipeline; API access on Custom plans; "GDPR Compliant".

Could not verify

  • Monthly-billing prices: not printed in any fetched text; the JSON-LD labels Basic 49 and Professional 99 as monthly, but 49 equals the annual figure, so the labels are unreliable and price_monthly is null on paid plans.
  • Emails per month, active leads, credits per month: not published (credits are per year; kept in limits_quote).
  • Free trial length: template string "Start {days} day free trial" only.
  • G2 and Capterra ratings: no reachable non-403 snapshot on 2026-09-25; the pricing page itself prints "4.7/5 based on 9,690 reviews" but that is the vendor's banner, not a G2 fetch, so not stored.
  • Warm-up, verification, Unibox, LinkedIn per plan: not stated on fetched pages.
  • founded / hq_country: not researched.

Notes

  • verification.method is "docs" because prices come from a vendor-published article plus the pricing page's structured data rather than the rendered pricing page; status "partial".
  • Organization is absent from the JSON-LD and present only in the insights article.
  • Apollo prices per user; Organization has a stated 3-user minimum (min_units 3).

  • Plan: "The Only Plan" $99/mo; "Includes 1 seat, 2 connected accounts, and 3,000 AI CRM actions, plus unlimited person and company enrichment." FAQ: "Annual billing saves 20%: $79.20/month equivalent, billed $950.40 yearly"; quarterly "$89.10/month equivalent".
  • Add-ons: extra seat "+$10/mo each"; extra connected account "+$10/mo each". Page example: "$139/mo for 5 seats".
  • Limits: "Unlimited contacts, pipelines, custom objects & fields" → active_leads unlimited; 1 seat included → users 1.
  • Trial: "Start 14-day free trial"; no free plan ("One plan. Full power.").
  • Features: built-in CRM true; unified inbox ("Multichannel CRM inbox"); API true ("API docs" linked on the pricing page); DPA link in footer → gdpr_dpa true.
  • Ratings: G2 4.7 / 116 (wayback 2025-05-09); Capterra 4.8 / 93 (wayback 2025-02-14).

Could not verify

  • Mailboxes — "2 connected accounts" is not defined as email inboxes on the page; mailboxes null.
  • Emails per month/day — not published (CRM product; no sending limits stated).
  • Warmup, verification, lead database, AI writer, LinkedIn automation, white-label, inbox rotation — not stated on the pricing page.
  • Founded / HQ — footer shows "Logike SAS" (French legal form) but hq_country left null.

Notes

  • Breakcold is a CRM, not a cold email sequencer; category recorded as crm only. The pricing page does not describe email sequences or sending limits.
  • The vendor's own pricing page shows "4.8 114+ reviews on G2" and "4.9 91+ reviews on Capterra" — newer than the archived G2/Capterra pages; only the fetched G2/Capterra snapshots are recorded, and the discrepancy is noted in the record.
  • FAQ states the $99 price "apply to new users and current free trials. Existing paying customers keep their old prices."

Clay — research log (2026-09-25)

  • Plans (4, billing_unit credits): Free $0 ("Includes 500 actions/mo", "100 data credits/mo"); Launch monthly $185 ("Launch (starting at $185/mo)"), annual $167/mo ("$167/mo" headline under "Annual - Save 10%"); Growth monthly $495 ("Growth (starting at $495/mo)"), annual $446/mo; Enterprise "Custom" (custom=true, "annual commitment").
  • Headline arithmetic checked against printed tier prices: Launch annual 180K actions/yr ($54/mo) + 30K data credits/yr ($113/mo) = $167; Launch monthly 15K/mo ($60/mo) + 2.5K/mo ($125/mo) = $185; Growth annual 480K/yr ($185/mo) + 72K/yr ($261/mo) = $446; Growth monthly 40K ($205) + 6K ($290) = $495.
  • Limits: starting actions 500 / 15,000 / 40,000 per month (credits_per_month); "Tables and users per workspace: Unlimited"; rows per table 200 (Free) / 50,000 (Launch); Enterprise "100,000+ Data Credits and 200,000+ Actions/mo".
  • Add-on: "Credit top-ups ... Buy more at a 30% premium" (Launch/Growth; no unit price).
  • free_plan = true; "Start 14-Day Trial" → free_trial_days 14.

Could not verify

  • G2 and Capterra ratings: all reachable snapshots are 403/404 pages, alternate URLs have no snapshots → null / unverified.
  • mailboxes, emails per month/day, active leads: not published (Clay prices actions and data credits, not sends/contacts) → null.
  • warmup, email verification, built-in CRM, lead database, LinkedIn channel, inbox rotation, white-label: not stated as plan inclusions → null (Clay sells enrichment via 150+ third-party providers; not recorded as an own lead database).

Notes

  • Two credit pools (Actions and Data Credits) with independent tier selectors; card headline = sum of both starting tiers. Higher tiers are printed on the page and listed in the JSON notes.
  • gdpr_dpa=true refers to "Custom CSA and DPA" on Enterprise only.
  • Category ai-outbound + data-enrichment as instructed; "Send emails via Clay or integrations" (Clay Sequencer) is available from Launch.

Notes

  • A CRM with built-in calling, email and SMS sequences; also listed in our CRM infrastructure table. Monthly vs annual confirmed from the page markup (data-billing-show) and JSON-LD '(billed annually)'. Solo is limited to 1 user and 10k leads. The page's own '4.7 stars on G2 with 2000+ reviews' banner is the vendor's claim and is not stored as a G2 rating.

Could not verify

  • G2 and Capterra ratings: no listing found on either site; both null / unverified with null URLs. The page's own "4.9 / 5 from 36 reviews" is vendor-collected and not stored.
  • per-plan warmup: warm-up is described on the homepage ("Gradual ramp on every mailbox, plus an opt-in warm-up pool") but is not a line item in the plan table, so plan-level warmup is null; tool-level warmup_included is true from the homepage.
  • crm / unibox / LinkedIn per plan: not in the plan table ("Sales CRM" appears only as a footer product link).
  • verification_credits: lead credits are a single pool for finding and verifying; the split is not published.
  • founded / hq_country: not on fetched pages (footer address is in San Juan, Puerto Rico; not stored as hq_country because the schema field expects a country and the page does not state incorporation).

Notes

  • The page prices itself explicitly against Instantly (Growth $47 / Hypergrowth $97 / Lightspeed $358 "as of August 2026") and offers 50% off for switchers ($23.50 / $48.50 / $179); this promotional price is not stored as a plan price.
  • Text extraction renders the headline prices with spaced digits ("$ 4 7 / month"); the source_quote uses the clean "The whole invoice" lines ("$47 / month") that appear verbatim in the saved text.

Could not verify

  • Mailbox, emails/month, active-lead and user limits — not published on the pricing page (only "Unlimited Campaigns Number").
  • Email warmup — the page's "Profile Auto Warm-up" is LinkedIn account warm-up, not email warmup; recorded null.
  • Verification, CRM, lead database, unibox, calling, API, GDPR/DPA — not stated on the pricing page.
  • Add-on prices — "Image & GIF Personalization" and Senspark video personalization are called paid add-ons with no price shown; addons left empty.
  • Founded year / HQ country — not collected (footer shows LeadExpress B.V., Eindhoven, The Netherlands, but hq_country left null as it was not part of the verified fields).

Notes

  • Category recorded as linkedin-automation + sequencer because the page sells a single multichannel sequence including email follow-ups; the product is marketed as "#1 LinkedIn Automation Tool".
  • The price toggle renders "99$ / 79$" for both Business and Agency blocks; the Agency block is nevertheless labelled "Custom", so Agency prices are null.
  • Wayback (web.archive.org) was intermittently "Temporarily Offline" on 2026-09-25; fetches were retried until a non-zero HTTP status came back.

  • free_plan, free_trial_days: pricing page shows no free plan card and a trial with no stated length ("Start your free trial ... no credit card") → null.
  • emails_per_day: not a plan limit; the linked limits article quotes Google's caps ("500 emails/day" Gmail, "2,000 emails/day" Google Workspace) with the footnote "*Breaking limits depends on individual account configuration" → null, recorded in notes.

Notes

  • Often listed as "Hunter (Sequences / Campaigns)"; Hunter's site now calls it "Sequences" ("Hunter's email outreach tool") and it is bundled in every plan, not sold separately.
  • The "Data Platform" tab is an API-only credit purchase with a calculator (default $6,500.00 for 1,000 search + 200,000 verification credits); it is not recorded as a plan.
  • G2 rating URL in the JSON is the timestamped Wayback URL rather than the bare G2 URL, because the script's "latest 2026 snapshot" of the G2 URL is a 403 capture; the timestamped fetch is in data/sources/index.jsonl.

  • Billing period: "$69/user/mo" is shown with no monthly/annual toggle and no "billed annually" wording anywhere in the HTML → stored as price_monthly, price_annual_per_month null.
  • G2 rating: current slug overloop-ai has only a 403 snapshot; old slug 404 → null / unverified.
  • free_plan: no free tier listed (only a 7-day trial) → null.
  • Extra-credit price, user minimums, contact caps, built-in CRM, calling, inbox rotation, white-label: not stated → null / empty addons.

Notes

  • Pivot: overloop.com/pricing now prices "Overloop AI" (AI SDR product). The site nav lists "Overloop AI" and "Overloop Classic", but the Classic link goes to the app login (https://app.overloop.com/session/login); no public Overloop Classic pricing page exists on overloop.com. Record reflects the Overloop AI page.
  • The Capterra listing (239218) still describes the older product ("Overloop is a CRM made for outbound sales teams") and shows "Starting price $79 Other, Per Month", which does not match the current vendor page and is not stored.

Could not verify

  • Live pricing page: Cloudflare 403; everything is from Wayback, so verification.status is partial.
  • Agency Core annual price: comparison table says "Starts from $166 Agency" with no billing-period label; recorded as null.
  • AI & Live Data credit pack prices: the $ value is blank in the snapshot text; price null.
  • Email validation per-volume prices (5,000–300,000 validations): not rendered; only "start from $20/month".
  • Free plan: page says "Sign up for Free" but describes no free plan; free_plan null.
  • includes.crm / unibox / gdpr_dpa: comparison-table checkmarks are not visible in text extraction; null.
  • G2 latest /reviews snapshot (2026-07-28) is a captured 403; the 2025-08-25 page=2 snapshot was used instead, so the review count is ~13 months old.

Notes

  • Reply.io has four product lines on one pricing page; each is recorded as separate plan entries (18 in total: 8 priced Email Volume tiers + 1 contact-sales tier, Multichannel, 3 AI SDR Starter tiers, 2 AI SDR Growth tiers, AI SDR Enterprise, Agency Core, Agency AI SDR). A "Hybrid plan" (talk to sales) is not recorded.
  • Mapping of the Email Volume price list to contact tiers is positional (slider markup): the first block follows the "Annually save up to 17%" toggle and contains "Billed annually"; the second block is monthly and matches the comparison-table line "Starts from $59 Email Volume".
  • billing_unit differs by Email Volume tier because the page labels 1k–5k tiers "per user /month" and 10k+ tiers "∞ users /month".
  • Multichannel mailboxes: annual card says "10 mailboxes", monthly card and comparison table say "5 mailboxes / user"; 5 recorded, ambiguity in notes.
  • Reply.io homepage advertises "4.6/5 rating on G2, 1,480 reviews on G2" (snapshot 2026-08-26) — consistent with the G2 snapshot but not used as the rating source.

Notes

  • "Verified Prospect Emails" is the SmartProspect lead quota (2K / 30K / 50K / 170K, i.e. roughly one lead per three sends as the homepage says), not email verification; recorded as lead_database include and as an add-on, and email_verification is "addon".
  • The Pro column prints "Add-on @$39" and "Add-on @$29" without readable row labels; the FAQ confirms $29 per client workspace and the page prices SmartServers at $39/server/month, so those are the likely matches (noted as uncertain).
  • The small summary table prints 510K sends for Prime while the plan card prints 500,000; 500,000 stored.

  • Limits: credits 50 / 1,000 / 5,000 / 20,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 (Custom Ultra from 200,000); recipients per month 100 / 5,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 / 200,000 (Custom Ultra from 400,000); senders unlimited; prospect storage unlimited; warm-up accounts 1 / 3 / unlimited; unlimited monthly emails; unlimited team seats.
  • Includes: warm-up, 7-tier verification (shared credits), Sales CRM, database search, Unibox, Email AI on the plan cards; LinkedIn automation slots sold separately.
  • Add-ons: LinkedIn account slot $69/mo (or $62/mo on a yearly plan); done-for-you Google mailbox $5/mo per email account; preconfigured domains from $12/year.
  • Features: unlimited senders, mailbox rotation, warm-up, verification, CRM, lead database, Email AI / writing tools, API & webhooks, MCP access.

Could not verify

  • Annual per-month prices: the page prints "Annual Save 25%", "Save $117/year" (Starter) and "Save $297/year" (Pro S) but never the discounted per-month figure, so price_annual_per_month is null on every plan.
  • Free trial length for the Sales Suite: not printed ("7-day access to all features" appears only under LinkedIn Automation).
  • Trial plan monthly email limit: the Trial column of the compare table does not print a monthly email figure in the extracted text.
  • Phone and Data Enrichment token prices: not in the extracted text.
  • founded / hq_country: not researched.

Notes

  • The $39 / $99 figures are treated as monthly because "Save $117/year" equals 25% of twelve $39 payments (and $297 = 25% of twelve $99 payments), matching the "Annual Save 25%" toggle.
  • The vendor labels the free tier "Trial" but prices it "Free / Join for free" with fixed allowances; stored as a free plan, free_plan true.
  • "Recipients" (leads contacted per month) is mapped to active_leads; prospect storage is unlimited on every plan and is kept in limits_quote.
  • Verification credits equal plan credits because credits are a shared pool (1 credit per verification or per prospect).
  • Some extracted lines contain non-breaking spaces ("Pro S", "Save $ 117 /year"); the stored quotes use the exact characters.
  • scripts/fetch-source.py was patched to use a per-run temporary cookie jar (curl -b "" -c ) so cookie-gated same-URL redirects resolve; this affects no other fetch behaviour.

Could not verify

  • Everything is from a Wayback snapshot dated 2026-07-27 (the page states "Published list prices, July 2026"); verification.status is partial / method wayback because no live fetch succeeded.
  • mailboxes per plan: "Connect unlimited accounts" appears only in the product-menu blurb, not on the plan cards.
  • active_leads and users per plan: not published (plans are flat-priced, "Workspaces and team functionality are included on every plan").
  • positioning quote: homepage could not be fetched live or from Wayback; the quote "One subscription replaces the whole stack." is from the pricing page and is flagged as such.
  • G2 rating: only archived capture is a 403 page. Capterra rating: no Wayback snapshot of the Capterra page exists (404).
  • founded / hq_country: not on fetched pages.

Notes

  • The page presents two paths: self-serve plans (stored) and a "Done-for-you" service with custom pricing and infrastructure included (not stored as a plan).
  • Tokens are one shared balance: work email reveal 1, mobile 8, full enrichment 4, verification 0.75, intent signal 2, AI personalization/reply 2 per email (FAQ).
  • The sign-up modal wording "By signing up for a free account" refers to trial registration; no free plan tier is listed, so free_plan is stored as false.
  • The page's competitor price comparison (Apollo, Smartlead, Clay) is vendor copy and was not used.

  • price_monthly: the Monthly / Quarterly (-20%) / Yearly (-50%) switcher is JS; only one price set is in the HTML → null.
  • Billing period of the printed prices is inferred, not printed: the switcher is server-rendered in its "Yearly" variant (data-framer-name="Yearly"), and the /team calculator gives 98 € per month for 2 users on Advanced yearly (= 2 x €49), so €19/€49/€69 are stored as price_annual_per_month. Status set to partial for this reason.

Could not verify

  • Per-tier prices are not printed in the visible page text (only "$7.00 per 100 Contacted prospects" and a default "$564 billed anually"); they come from the page's own embedded pricing JSON, so source_quote reproduces the raw JSON fragment rather than a visible line.
  • The visible default state (Emails monthly 16 000, Warm-ups 4, Lead Finder credits 100) does not match any package in the JSON exactly; JSON values recorded.

Tools examined but not included

Outboundly — research log (2026-09-25)

URLs fetched

Verified

  • The pricing page publishes no plans or prices. FAQ: "Is there pricing? Outboundly.ai is in Private Beta. Pricing is shared during onboarding once we understand your use case and volume."
  • Access is by request only: "To Request Access – Complete Questionnaire in Chat", "Private Beta access is limited."

Could not verify

  • Any plan, price, limit, trial or rating — nothing is published.

Notes

  • The Outboundly / PlusVibe slot goes to whichever publishes clearer pricing. Outboundly was NOT picked: zero numeric prices or limits on the page. Plusvibe (https://plusvibe.ai/plans) publishes numeric monthly/yearly prices and email/lead limits for three plans and was picked (record: data/tools/plusvibe.json).
  • No data/tools/outboundly.json was written.

Pipl.ai — research log (2026-09-25)

URLs fetched

Verified

  • Pipl.ai has been renamed: every pipl.ai URL redirects to plusvibe.ai, and the page banner reads "pipl.ai is re-branding to plusvibe.ai — same powerful platform, fresh new name."
  • The saved text of https://www.pipl.ai/pricing is byte-identical in content to https://plusvibe.ai/plans (same title "Affordable Cold Email Automation Plans - PlusVibe.ai Pricing").

Could not verify

  • Nothing separate to verify — there is no Pipl.ai product, pricing or plan distinct from PlusVibe.

Notes

  • RENAMED tool: no data/tools/pipl-ai.json was written, because renamed or merged tools never get an invented record. All pricing, limits and ratings are in data/tools/plusvibe.json.
  • Consequence for the 30-tool list: the Outboundly/PlusVibe slot and the Pipl.ai slot collapse into one record (plusvibe). Outboundly cannot fill the gap (private beta, no pricing). The Pipl.ai slot is filled by SmartReach.io, the most-cited cold email tool not already in the set (see smartreach-io).
  • G2 and Capterra still list the product under the pipl-ai slug/name; the G2 plusvibe-ai slug has no Wayback capture.

Tool expansion to 40 — selection log (2026-09-25)

How the 10 were chosen

  • Candidates: tools named in the 13 archived 2026 roundups (see smartreach-io.md) plus well-known cold email sequencers missing from the first 30.
  • Rule: a tool is added only if its own pricing page publishes at least one numeric price in the served HTML (live fetch), and it sends email (LinkedIn-only tools are excluded, as with Expandi's rule).

Added

  • Outplay, Skylead, Emelia, SalesRobot, ReachInbox, Manyreach, Zeliq, SalesBlink, Right Inbox, Close.

Examined and not added

  • Growbots: pricing page publishes no prices (none in text or HTML).
  • HeyReach: LinkedIn-only, no email sequences on the pricing page.
  • Dripify, PersistIQ: live pricing pages return HTTP 403; the newest readable Wayback copies are from 2025-07-03 and 2025-12-12, too old to present as current prices.
  • Autoklose: /pricing returns 404.
  • Lusha: HTTP 403; data provider rather than a sender.
  • Seamless.AI: no prices published; data provider without sending.
  • YAMM, Mailsuite: paid prices are rendered client-side (not in HTML).
  • Maildoso: sells mailboxes (from $0.49 each); an infrastructure provider, not a sequencer.
  • Mailmodo: newsletter/email-marketing tool, not cold email.

  • Minimum 10 mailbox slots. Domains not included: ".com domains at $14/year Charged once".
  • Add-ons: IP address $99 per IP per month billed quarterly; SSL & Domain Masking $2/domain/month (quarterly) or $6/domain/year; Masterbox $7 (annual) / $9 (quarterly) per workspace per month.

Could not verify

  • A true month-to-month price: the shortest cycle on the page is quarterly. The monthly billing_period on the $4 offer means "expressed per month, billed quarterly" (stated in notes).
  • Domain renewal price.

Notes

  • Same calculator structure as Mailforge (same vendor family).

Zapmail — research log (2026-09-25)

  • All three "Billed Per Month".

Could not verify

  • Microsoft 365 and Pre-warmed mailbox tab prices, and the Quarterly / "Yearly Get 2 months free" prices: tabs exist but only the monthly Google Workspace figures are in the HTML → null / not recorded.
  • Domain prices: "Bring your own or purchase new domains—fully supported", no price shown.

Notes

  • Hero text "Starts just at $2.5 /mailbox" and meta "Google Workspace mailboxes for $2.50/month" do not match any plan figure ($39/10 = $3.90 derived) and were not recorded as an offer.
  • Bundles recorded as per_month with limits.mailboxes_included; additional-mailbox rates as per_mailbox_month.

Premium Inboxes — research log (2026-09-25)

  • "No setup fees. No platform fees. No contracts."; "No monthly commitment".

Could not verify

  • Annual prices: a "Monthly Annual Save 20%" toggle exists but only monthly figures are in the HTML.
  • Minimum quantity: CTAs say "Start With 30 Inboxes" and checkout links preset quantity=30, but no minimum is stated in words → min_quantity null.
  • Domain inclusion: calculator says "$3.50/inbox - including domains, DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC"; another section says "You bring the domains" → ambiguous, recorded in notes only.

Notes

  • Checkout links reference a Chargebee plan billed "Every-4-weeks", so the cycle may be 4-weekly rather than monthly.

Infrastructure providers (warmup + verification + CRM) — research log (2026-09-25)

Output files: data/infrastructure/warmup.json (6 providers), data/infrastructure/verification.json (7 providers) and data/infrastructure/crm.json (4 providers). Every source_url was fetched with scripts/fetch-source.py and is in data/sources/index.jsonl; every source_quote is checked by scripts/validate-data.ts against the archived text or raw HTML. Pack prices for verification are also stored per 1,000 emails (pack_price ÷ pack_credits × 1000). The raw pack figures are kept in limits.

Warmy — research log (2026-09-25)

URLs fetched

Verified

  • Nothing priced.

Could not verify

  • All prices: rendered client-side, absent from live and archived HTML → offers: [], status unverified.

Notes

  • Warmy prices by warmup-email volume rather than per mailbox (page text), so it would need a volume input in the calculator even once verified.

MailReach — research log (2026-09-25)

URLs fetched

Verified

  • Per-mailbox monthly tiers from the calculator script: 1–5 $25, 6–20 $19.5, 21–50 $18, 51–100 $16.
  • Annual tiers (second calculator, feeds #per-mailbox-yearly-cost): $20, $15.6, $14.4, $12.8.
  • Plan always includes at least 20 spam test credits.

Could not verify

  • Pricing above 100 mailboxes ("Contact Us").

Notes

  • The tier table is read from JavaScript in the page, not from rendered text; the quote is the verbatim function.

lemwarm — research log (2026-09-25)

URLs fetched

Verified

  • Essential Plan $29 per email/month (monthly), $24 (yearly); Smart Plan $49 / $40; "More than 10 users?" custom.
  • Billing state: page defaults to "Yearly Save 20%"; the markup strikes through $29/$49 and shows $24/$40 as current.

Could not verify

  • Quarterly ("Save 10%") prices are not in the HTML.

Notes

  • "Every lemlist plan includes lemwarm."

Instantly warmup — research log (2026-09-25)

URLs fetched

  • https://instantly.ai/pricing — status 200 — live — "Unlimited Email Warmup" on Outreach plans (same fetch as the Instantly tool record)

Verified

  • Warmup is bundled: cheapest Outreach plan Growth $47/month lists "Unlimited Email Warmup".

Could not verify

  • A warmup-only price: not sold separately on the pricing page.

Notes

  • Recorded with limits.bundled_with_sequencer: "instantly" so the calculator counts it as $0 when Instantly is the sequencer, not as a standalone warmup vendor.

TrulyInbox — research log (2026-09-25)

URLs fetched

Verified

  • Free: 1 account, 10 warmup emails/day.
  • Starter $29/mo monthly, $22/mo billed annually ($264/yr), 200 warmup emails/day.
  • Growth $99 / $84 ($1,008/yr), 1,000/day. Scale $199 / $169 ($2,028/yr), 3,000/day. Scale Plus $479 / $407 ($4,884/yr).
  • Unlimited accounts: "No per-inbox pricing, ever." 7-day free trial.

Could not verify

  • Custom plan pricing (quote-based).

Notes

  • Priced per warmup-email volume. The vendor's own sizing ("Best suited for 3 / 15 / 50 / 100 email inboxes") is stored in notes; the calculator must map mailboxes to a plan using that guidance and say so.

Warmup Inbox — research log (2026-09-25)

URLs fetched

Verified

  • Basic $15/inbox/mo (75 warmup messages/day); Pro $49 (250/day); Max $79 (1,000/day). 7-day free trial.

Could not verify

  • Annual prices: the FAQ says annual "save[s] you 20% versus monthly", but the HTML shows "SAVE 0%" and "$180 billed yearly" (= 12 × $15), i.e. the undiscounted default; no annual price recorded.
  • Volume discounts ("Every inbox you add lowers the average"): computed client-side.

You ask, we answer

Common questions

Where do the prices on coldemail.email come from?

Only from each vendor's own pricing page. We fetch the page, archive the HTML and a text copy, and store the exact sentence each price was read from. Third-party roundups are used only to discover tools, never as a price source.

How are G2 and Capterra ratings collected?

G2 and Capterra block automated requests, so ratings are read from the most recent Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) capture of the G2 or Capterra page. The capture date is shown next to every rating.

What does "Not published" mean?

The vendor's pricing page does not state that price or limit. We leave it empty rather than estimate, and the cost calculator never assumes an unpublished limit is large enough.
