Success.ai review: pricing, limits and verdict

All numbers come from the Wayback Machine snapshot of 2026-07-27 because success.ai returns HTTP 403 (Cloudflare challenge) to direct fetches and the homepage has no readable snapshot; the page itself says 'Published list prices, July 2026'. The pricing page shows the yearly price by default ($74 / $149 'Billed yearly') next to the struck monthly price ($99 / $199), confirmed by the FAQ. Plans are flat-priced per workspace ('no per-seat fees'; 'Workspaces and team functionality are included on every plan') but no user count is printed, so users is null. Plans meter 'tokens' (a shared balance for reveals, enrichment, verification at 0.75 token, AI at 2 per email) — stored in credits_per_month; active-lead limits are not published. 'Connect unlimited accounts' appears in the product blurb, not the plan cards, so per-plan mailboxes is null while the tool-level unlimited_mailboxes flag is true. Deal pipelines (1 / 5 / unlimited) are taken as built-in CRM. LinkedIn: 'LinkedIn accounts included' only on Enterprise; other plans can add a LinkedIn account for $20/mo. Token pack price stored as $47 / 2,500 = $0.0188 per token; larger packs are cheaper ($379 / 30,000). A 'Done-for-you' service with custom pricing is also offered and not stored as a plan. The positioning quote is from the pricing page because the homepage could not be fetched. The sign-up modal says 'free account' but no free plan is listed; free_plan stored as false on that basis.
