Annual prices are published as yearly totals ('$470 / $970 / $3,580 billed once a year', i.e. 10 months of the monthly price); stored as total / 12 rounded to 2 decimals (39.17 / 80.83 / 298.33). 'Unlimited email accounts' applies to Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft accounts; self-hosted IMAP mailboxes have a fair-use cap of 10 / 40 / 120. 'Lead credits' are used for finding and verifying leads (one shared pool), stored in credits_per_month; verification_credits left null because the split is not published. Team seats are unlimited on every plan ('We do not charge per seat'). A 50% switcher discount for Instantly customers (Starter $23.50, Pro $48.50, Max $179) is promotional and not stored as a plan price. Warmup ('Email warm-up: Gradual ramp on every mailbox, plus an opt-in warm-up pool') is listed on the homepage, not in the plan table, so per-plan warmup is null while the tool-level flag is true.
